It was 2011 when BMW introduced a 'baby M car' to their fleet; the BMW 1M was the entry point into the BMW M car range.
Featuring an N54 engine, borrowed from a non-M BMW Z4 sDrive 35iS certainly raised questions. However, you couldn't question BMW M's magic when they ensured this 3.0-litre, twin-turbo, 6-cylinder offered 335bhp. This meant the 1M could go from 0 to 62mph in just 4.9 seconds via a purist's 6-speed manual gearbox.
With the UK receiving just 450 versions of the 1M, prices have stayed strong with many cars appreciating, especially low mileage examples. A nice plaque within the interior states its limited production, along with some nice orange stitched leather and sprinkles of Alcantara. Other than that, it's pretty standard style for BMWs made around 2011.
