We have 60 specialist van service centres nationwide and can fulfil all your commercial vehicles' aftercare needs, from class 5 & 7 MOTs to manufacturer approved commercial vehicle servicing! All of our van service centres have a full range of specialist equipment and tools. We only use genuine approved parts which are fitted by fully trained commercial vehicle technicians.

You'll get regular updates of your vehicle's status whilst it's being looked at - so you'll know exactly when the work is completed and when you can pick it up. How can I re-arrange the date of a car service?

How long does a service take?
They vary by manufacturer and model but as an average an Interim service take 30 minutes and a main service takes an Hour and 30 minutes but this does not include cam belts.

What does a car service include?
What is checked as part of a service depends on which service is being completed and can vary depending on make and model. Generally an interim service consists of an oil and filter change, a check with diagnostics for faults recorded, a complete visual check and road-test. A main service (depending on mileage) includes an Oil and filter change, pollen filter, plugs (if fitted), Air filter, fuel filter, removing wheels to access the braking system to visually check, check diagnostics, check all the electrics and then a road-test.

Airbag renewal after 10 years. What should I do?
This is no longer the case, when they first came out they were recommended to change after 10-15 years but this has now changed because they are so reliable . Airbags now last the lifetime of the vehicle as long as they have not been deployed.

Is there anywhere for me to wait and work whilst the service is happening?
All of our dealerships have relaxing waiting areas with Wi-Fi, daytime TV and drinks facilities which are all free of charge.

Can I have courtesy car while my car is being repaired?
If a courtesy car is available then this would be offered for a small daily fee. If we have run out of courtesy cars then we can also offer a lift home and collection service.
