It is the responsibility of the retailer to verify that the customer meets the eligibility requirements set by the UK Government. If eligible, the retailer will apply for the Grant on the customer’s behalf, and the value of the Grant will be automatically deducted from the manufacturer’s recommended retail price of the vehicle at the point of order.
The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official consumption (combined) for the Vauxhall electric range is up to 24.4kWh/100km. Figures shown are for comparability purposes; only compare equivalent electric range figures with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. Figures for battery electric vehicles were obtained after the battery had been fully charged. Battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. Zero emissions while driving. These figures may not reflect real life driving results, which will depend upon a number of factors including the accessories fitted (post-registration), variations in weather, driving styles, topography, traffic conditions, vehicle load (and, for battery electric vehicles, the starting charge of the battery).
