Evans Halshaw Ford dealerships in Glasgow, Wolverhampton, and Lincoln have been busy supporting local communities through Ford’s national Drive 4 UR Community fundraising initiative. The scheme provides the opportunity to test drive the latest Ford models while directly contributing to charitable causes.

For every test drive completed during the designated event days, Ford will donate £30 to a local charity selected by each dealership, with each aiming to raise up to £6,000 for their chosen causes.

  • Evans Halshaw Ford Glasgow (19–20 June) supported Kidney Kids Scotland, which provides essential help to children with kidney and urological conditions and their families across Scotland.
  • Evans Halshaw Ford Lincoln (22 June) raised funds for the Lincolnshire and Nottingham Air Ambulance, which provides prehospital critical care and emergency medical services entirely funded by charitable donations.
  • Evans Halshaw Ford Wolverhampton (24–25 June) partnered with Compton Care, offering specialist palliative and bereavement care for families dealing with life-limiting conditions.

Attendees experienced the newest Ford vehicles, including the all-electric Explorer, the reinvented Capri, and other standout models such as the Ford Puma, Ford Kuga, Ford Ranger PHEV, and the E-Transit Custom electric van.

Group Vice President for Ford, Adam Fletcher, said: “At Evans Halshaw, we believe our responsibility extends beyond great vehicles, it’s about positively impacting local communities. The Drive 4 UR Community initiative perfectly reflects that commitment and I’m incredibly proud of our teams in Glasgow, Lincoln and Wolverhampton for their efforts and supporting such meaningful local causes.”
