This is the first generation in the UK, and it lands with a single powertrain, so when it comes to choice, it's all about the other features. Practicality and Running Costs
The Geely EX5 is a practical electric SUV with ample space for five passengers and their luggage. Inspired by ancient Chinese architecture and furniture, the premium-looking interior offers decent headroom throughout, while the two front seats are comfortable and the rear three have ample legroom.
That extra legroom in the back does encroach on the boot space somewhat, with 302-litre capacity in its normal form. However, opening the boot floor expands it to 461 litres. When the rear seats are down, it opens to a huge 1,877 litres. Also, with the seats folded down, Geely says you can transform the cabin into a relaxing sanctuary for long-distance travel, family adventures, or in-car camping.

The Geely EX5 comes in three specification levels. Entry-level models come with 18-inch wheels, while the middle- and top-spec models come with slightly larger 19-inch wheels. The top-spec model also includes a panoramic power sunroof with a power sunshade and a power tailgate.
The EX5 features a 15.4-inch central infotainment touchscreen with all controls at your fingertips, along with a driver's 10.2-inch display. The top model trim adds a 13.8-inch driver screen.
