Introducing the New Hyundai i10
Hyundai are no strangers when it comes to the city car segment, with their second generation i10 consistently ranking among the bestsellers across Europe since its introduction in 2014. The third generation i10 is just as impressive, with Hyundai firmly placing themselves as a top contender in the small car market.
Thanks to a 2023 facelift, Hyundai have made the New i10 even better. Featuring a bold new look, fresh interior design, better connectivity, and an enhanced driving experience; everything has been taken to the next level in one way or another, which is a very exciting prospect indeed.

Design and Practicality
The New i10's exterior design has completely evolved, offering a sporty stance and a bold appearance thanks to a long wheelbase and low roof. This means a larger interior space and a more composed driving experience.
The exterior makeover is certainly eye-catching, what with the sleek edges and soft surfaces leaving a positive impression. Features such as LED Day Running Lights (DRL) complement the sporty wide front grille with honeycomb mesh design. A quirky selection of alloy wheels are also available.
On top of that, the New i10 is available in a variety of different colours, as well as there being options available for a two-tone roof.
The interior is just as impressive with blue mood lamps in the front seats, new interior colour packages such as the Purple Package that offers playful purple colouring to accent the tartan fabric seats. Complementing this are grey touchpoints in the crash pad and lower centre console.
The i10 N Line, inspired by motorsport, features bespoke bumpers, inserts, and red touches, as well as new 16-inch alloy wheels.
Technology and Safety
Because the New i10 is now wider, it offers a full five-seat configuration, which is a welcome bonus when you note a large chunk of other cars in the same segment only offer four seats.
Standard equipment is very generous, and the newest update has made the New i10 even more technologically advanced. The model includes a standard 4.2-inch LCD cluster with USB type-C in the front and rear, second-generation eCall based on the 4G network, and Over The Air map updates.
In addition to this, as standard, you'll benefit from an 8-inch display screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless chargers, Audio Video Navigation, and the newest update to the Bluelink telematics.
Hyundai has also loaded the New i10 with a host of driver aids and Hyundai Smart Sense safety features, including:

Engines and Performance
Regulations have really tightened on manufacturers, yet this hasn't prevented Hyundai from providing the New i10 with a couple of engine choices that offer everyday flexibility and a remarkably low CO2 output; not to mention their impressive fuel efficiency.
A 1.0-litre and 1.2-litre petrol engine are available (offering 66bhp and 86bhp respectively), which both offer a good wedge of grunt from low-down in the rev-range, making the New i10 a solid performer in the depths of urban suburbia and on Britain's highways. There's also a 99bhp 1.0-litre petrol engine, which is exclusively available in the 'N Line' specification.
Each engine can be mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox; or if you want improved efficiency and more relaxed driving experience, then both engines can be paired with a super-slick 5-speed automatic transmission.
