What is a “Authorised Nissan repairer”?

An Authorised Nissan repairer means we continue to work with Nissan for all Aftercare on manufacturer guidelines using genuine Nissan parts and materials. Our trained Nissan Technicians will conduct all repairs using approved quality parts that have been specifically designed for Nissan vehicles. I have a Service Plan; where can I get my car serviced after 30th November?

Your service plan will remain the same and valid at your chosen Evans Halshaw dealer. We also offer a collection and delivery service for servicing and MOT bookings for your convenience. You can book a service online or by contacting your local Nissan Authorised Repairer.

My car is still under Nissan manufacturer’s warranty; where do I go for any repairs?

All four locations; Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Doncaster & Mansfield will continue as Authorised Nissan Repairers meaning all Nissan warranty work will still be carried out, as before. To book your car in for any repairs, please contact your local Nissan Authorised Repairer.

I took my car out on finance; will these changes impact my finance agreement?

No. The finance agreement is between you and the Finance house, you should continue to make your monthly payments as normal. Should your finance agreement no longer be suitable to your personal needs, and you need to discuss your options, please contact your nearest Evans Halshaw dealer to make an appointment.

I am looking to sell my car; how do I organise this?

We are always on the look-out for quality used cars for our forecourts. Simply enter your vehicle's reg into our online tool and receive a free valuation in minutes. There is absolutely no obligation to buy another car, we won’t charge you any admin fees, and you could get your money direct into your bank account the next working day.

I have an ongoing concern with a new Nissan vehicle – whom should I speak to now?

I need a service or repair; where should I go?

All four locations; Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Doncaster & Mansfield will continue as Authorised Nissan Repairers meaning all servicing and repairs will continue business as usual. To book your car in for any repairs, please contact your local Nissan Authorised Repairer. Subject to availability, we can also offer a range of additional services to make things more convenient for you, including our vehicle collection, delivery service and courtesy cars.

Will I still receive reminders for my MOT/ Servicing?

Yes, if you have ticked to allow marketing communications from us in your contact preferences, we will still send you reminders as normal, so you never miss an MOT or Service. If you want to check this, please call your local Evans Halshaw Nissan Dealership to check or update your preferences.

I am a Motability customer; can I still have my maintenance carried out here?

Yes, all maintenance needed for your Nissan can and will go ahead as expected at your chosen Evans Halshaw dealer. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact your local Nissan Authorised Repairer.

Will it just be Servicing & Repair work available at these Dealerships?

As well as being an Authorised Nissan Repair Centre, we will also have a wide range of quality used cars available at all Evans Halshaw Nissan Authorised Repair locations plus our Sell Your Car facilities to give you a quick and easy way to sell your car, free of admin fees!
