One look at the exterior of the i20 N and it would be extremely difficult to mistake it for a standard i20. Red-painted brake calipers and exterior detailing instantly screams hot hatch, whilst the roof-mounted spoiler epitomises the sporty persona and performance of the N model.
Inside, the story is pretty similar with a host of N-specific advanced and high-tech premium features such as dedicated sports seats, N steering wheel, N gear knob and sporty N metal pedals. Engines and Performance
Dealing with the notorious 0 to 62mph sprint in just 6.7 seconds, this small hot hatch from Hyundai is powered by a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged flat power petrol engine, which is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and has a maximum output of 201bhp and 203lb ft of torque.
Reinforcing and refining the manual gearbox enables the i20 N to handle higher RPM, torque and Launch Control; providing drivers with a dynamically immersive experience.

Chassis and Handling

Five unique drive modes are offered through the N Grin Control System: Normal, Eco, Sport, N and N Custom.
Switching between drive modes will alter the parameters of the engine response, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), exhaust notes and steering.
Heading to the racetrack? The Performance Driving Data System monitors and improves the driver's track skills by logging information such as bhp, torque, turbo boost and a lap and acceleration timer.
