- 64kWh XPOWER: 429bhp, 0 to 62 mph in 3.8 seconds, all-wheel drive, and up to 251 miles combined range.
For most, the standard 64kWh motor will more than suffice, with a hearty all-electric range that's well-suited to daily chores. Those that regularly complete longer journeys will find the 77kWh option a better match, thanks to its extended range, while thrill seekers will like the look of XPOWER variants, thanks to staggering power figures and an exhilarating driving experience.
Charging
Charging the MG4 EV is straightforward and flexible. Using a domestic socket allows convenient overnight charging, while a 7kW home wallbox can significantly reduce charging times depending on battery size.
When connected to a compatible rapid public charger, the battery can charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 25 minutes, helping you get back on the road quickly. When you've got more time on your hands, charging from home will be the most cost-effective option, taking approximately 10 hours for for a full recharge.
Advanced battery management and thermal control systems are also available to help optimise efficiency in a variety of conditions, giving you confidence whether you’re commuting locally or travelling further afield.
