A short wheelbase and 6cm wider track not only look good but aid handling and performance too, whilst the 20-inch or optional 21-inch alloy wheels further complement the A390's presence.
And, the handsome lines of the A390 are complemented by excellent practicality. There are five doors as standard, along with capacious a 532-litre boot.
Interior, Technology, and Safety

Engines and Performance
Being an Alpine, the A390 showcases excellent high performance and capability.
Three electric motors and all-wheel drive as standard, along with and near perfect weight distribution with 49 percent at the front and 51 percent at the rear ensure superb grip and exemplary traction in all weather conditions.
And, if you thought the Alpine A390's weight (due to being an electric car) could dent the performance, well, Alpine took care of that via having three motors and Alpine Active Torque Vectoring, managing torque between the front and rear axles. In short, unparalleled dynamism and agility is created.
With GT and GTS models, the former offers 4000bhp allowing for a 4.8 second 0 to 62mph time. Whilst the more powerful GTS produces 470bhp, dropping the acceleration from 0 to 62mph to just 3.9 seconds.
And, for the first time on an Alpine, the A390 features 365mm discs with 6-piston callipers, ensuring excellent stopping power.
Charging
The 89kWh battery used in the Alpine A390 with DC fast charging available, being able to reach 190 kW.
15 to 80 percent charge is therefore possible in less than 25 minutes.
