Used Toyota Verso For Sale
Sold in the UK between 2009 and 2018, the Toyota Verso is a family-friendly MPV that provides excellent practicality. The vast majority of used Verso examples are 7-seaters, but 5-seat "Active" models can also be found if you look hard enough.
Roughly an equal amount of petrol and diesel Verso models are available on the used market, and there are two petrol options and two diesel:
- 1.6-litre diesel, 110bhp, 62.8mpg - this is the most economical Verso (manual only)
- 2.0-litre diesel, 124bhp, 57.6mpg - discontinued in 2014 (manual only)
- 1.6-litre petrol, 130bhp, 41.5mpg - the cheapest to buy (manual only)

As you'd expect, the Verso is extremely practical and the rearmost two seats easily fold flat into the floor to the give you the option between more boot space (up to 440 litres) and extra seating. The second-row slides backwards and forwards, too. In the cabin, the functional interior contains cupholders, large door pockets and even two gloveboxes.
Active models are at bottom of the range, Icon versions gave you a lot more standard kit (including alloy wheels) while Excel models sit at the top. Running costs are in line with rivals such as the Ford Galaxy and SEAT Alhambra, and servicing can be taken care of by any Evans Halshaw dealership.
