What is Purple Tuesday?

Purple Tuesday is a global movement and change initiative that is dedicated to improving the customer experiences of disabled people and their families 365 days a year. The initiative inspires leaders and staff from organisations across all sectors and of all sizes to promote awareness, develop understanding, and implement solutions for better accessibility in their customer environments.

Purple Tuesday is celebrated on the first Tuesday of November, this year it falls on the 7th November 2023. As the first official partner to market within the automotive industry, Pendragon PLC, whose brands include Evans Halshaw, Pendragon Vehicle Management, Stratstone and CarStore, has confirmed that it is aiming to be a trailblazer of Disability Inclusion in the automotive industry.
