Citroën Leeds gets ACE Accreditation in Aftersales

Evans Halshaw Citroën Leeds are celebrating after Citroën UK awarded the dealership 'ACE Accreditation' for its high quality aftersales services.

The ACE status acknowledges that the dealership in Leeds deliver the best in Citroën aftersales services to their customers; a great achievement for the team.

In order to acquire the accreditation, Citroën dealers work alongside aftersales experts from Citroën UK over a nine-month period, in which a coaching and training programme is undertaken. Passing the first stage of the ACE accreditation allows the dealership to be recognised for providing the best possible customer experience and value for money.

Citroën Leeds offer a huge range of new, nearly new and used vehicles, as well as aftersales services such as on-site servicing and MOTs. The dealership also has an array of facilities such as free customer parking, a comfortable waiting area, tea and coffee facilities and Wi-Fi.
