Terms and Conditions

We are a credit broker, not a lender or an independent financial advisor. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products which will have different interest rates and charges. We do not charge you a fee. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with pay us commission at different rates. The amount of commission we receive does not affect the amount that you pay under your credit agreement. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit related and insurance distribution activities, further information is available here.

**Geely - Costa Coffee Purchase Promotion

These terms and conditions apply to the Purchase Reward (the “Promotion”) provided by Geely Auto UK Limited (the “Promoter”) to eligible customers;

1. Eligibility

1.1. General Eligibility - to participate in the Promotion, a customer must:

• be a resident of the United Kingdom;

• be aged 18 or over;

• be a retail customer (excluding business users, leasing customers, Motability customers, and employees of the Promoter, its retailers, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion); and

• comply with the applicable eligibility requirements for the relevant Purchase Reward set out below.

Where a vehicle has more than one registered keeper or purchaser, only one individual shall be eligible to receive any Purchase Reward under this Promotion.

1.2. Purchase Reward – Eligibility

To qualify for the Purchase Reward, an eligible customer must:

• purchase a new Geely Starray EM-I, Geely EX5 or Geely EX2 between 17th August 2026 and 13th September 2026 (inclusive) at a participating retailer;

• take delivery of their vehicle by 31st October 2026;

• be the registered keeper of the vehicle; and

• be the individual purchasing or financing the vehicle (as applicable).

Only one Purchase Reward is available per each qualifying vehicle purchase.

The Purchase Reward is subject to its own redemption process and deadlines.

2. Purchase Reward Details

2.1. The Purchase Reward entitles an eligible customer to claim (via the dedicated Purchase Reward site, the “Site”) one free £6 Costa Coffee Online Gift Card (the “Gift Card”), a week for 52 consecutive weeks.

2.2 Eligible customers will receive a reward email within 10 working days of the end of the qualifying promotional period (promotion ends 13th September 2026). The reward email will contain a unique code and a link to the Site where they can claim up to fifty-two (52) Gift Cards (one per week for 52 consecutive weeks, with each week starting on a Monday at 5am).

2.3 The first Gift Card must be claimed, via the Site, by 31st October 2026. Customers must download each week’s Gift Card from the Site. If a customer does not use a Gift Card in the applicable week then that Gift Card will be forfeited.

2.4 Gift Cards are valid at participating Costa Coffee stores and are subject to Costa Coffee’s standard terms and conditions, see https://gifting.costa.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. Gift Cards will be valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of successful claim. Gift Cards are not transferable, for sale, re-sale or redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative. No change will be given if the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards can be used in participating stores as full or part payment of products, subject to in-store technology. Using the Site to claim a Gift Card and/or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Liability

3.1. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of third-party rewards and providers. Any disputes must be taken up with the Purchase Reward provider directly.

3.2 The Promoter is not the provider of the Purchase Rewards and has no control over their operation or delivery.

3.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

3.4. Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter’s total aggregate liability in connection with the Promotion shall not exceed the value of the Purchase Reward provided.

4. Promotion Management

4.1. The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone, cancel, terminate, or amend the Promotion, or substitute it with an alternative reward of equal or lesser value, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

4.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or withdraw rewards where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

5. Data Protection

5.1. Personal data will be processed by the Promoter and its appointed partners (including but not limited to Rhino Automotive Ltd and Grace & Courage Ltd) for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

5.2. Each partner acts as an independent data controller in respect of its own services.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official combined fuel consumption in miles per gallon for the Geely EX2, EX5 and Starray EM-i range is between 117.7 mpg and 201.8 mpg and CO₂ emission figures range between 32g/km and 54g/km. Official electric range for the Geely Hybrid and Electric range is between 51 miles and 267 miles. Values are provided for comparison only, to the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges and do not relate to an individual car or constitute part of the offer. For electric vehicles, only compare equivalent electric range figures with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather, and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car. Figures for battery electric vehicles were obtained after the battery had been fully charged. Battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. Figures quoted are subject to change due to ongoing approvals/changes and range figures may include options not available in the UK.
