We've adapted our business to keep everyone safe

All our Sales departments now offer 'We Come to You' Home Delivery, Click & CollectSell Your Car, New and Used vehicle reservations and Virtual Test Drives.

Our Aftersales departments remain open and fully operational with all appropriate safety and social distancing measures too. This means you can still safely book a service, MOT, Vehicle Health Check, maintenance, repair and anything else you need.

Opening Information

Customers in England & Wales

All our showrooms are re-opening from Monday 12th April, with unaccompanied test drives available. Social distancing and safety measures are in place and customers will need to book appointments so we can safely manage showroom capacity levels.

Appointments at your preferred dealership can be made using the "Contact Us" function.

Customers in Scotland

From 5th April, all of our dealerships will be open for pre-booked appointments, click & collect and home delivery services. You must have a sales or aftersales appointment in order to enter our showroom. Appointments at your preferred dealership can be made online using the 'Contact Us' function.

Unaccompanied test drives are now available too, which also need to be pre-booked.

Are your dealerships open?

Yes, our dealerships are open in line with government guidance with appropriate social distancing and safety measures in place. Details can be found at the top of this page.

Do I need an appointment before I visit?

If your vehicle requires a service or MOT, then you'll need to pre-book using our online booking system. Alternatively, you can call your preferred Evans Halshaw retailer to arrange an appointment.

You'll also need to book an appointment to arrange a Click and Collect sale or home delivery, but one of our team will help book you in once you've found the car you want.

Is the Sell Your Car service still available?

Yes, but we’ve made some changes to keep everyone safe. Once you’ve received a valuation and proceeded to book an appointment, our team will be touch to ask some further questions about the car. We’ll also need some photos and electronic copies of documentation from you to confirm the valuation amount ahead of your arrival. At your drop off appointment an Associate will meet you, socially distanced outside the store and provided everything is as described, the money can be in your account the next working day.

Am I able to book a test drive?

Yes, we are offering unaccompanied test drives for your safety.

Please remember to bring your driving licence with you and a Utility bill dated in the last 3 months for proof of address (electronic utility bills are also acceptable).

Do I need to wear a mask?

If you're entering one of our showrooms, then you'll need to wear a mask in line with government guidance.

Will my vehicle be sanitised after a service or MOT?

Yes, every vehicle that comes into our care is comprehensively sanitised using an isopropyl alcohol-based sanitiser.

Can I get a car on the Motability Scheme?

The scheme is fully open for new and existing customers.
