^ Chery’s 7-year new car warranty provides coverage from the vehicle’s first registration (or from when a demonstrator vehicle was first put into service), offering repair or replacement of defective parts due to materials or workmanship at no cost during the coverage period, provided the car is properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer guidelines; however, it excludes normal wear and tear items (like brakes, tyres, and routine maintenance), damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or repairs, environmental factors, accidents, or use outside intended conditions, and requires owners to present the vehicle to an authorised dealer for any claims, with certain components (like batteries or tyres) covered separately—see the full terms here: Chery 7-Year Warranty Policy.

^^ Chery’s roadside assistance policy provides 24/7 support (typically for up to 7 years if servicing conditions are met) to help with breakdowns and common incidents like flat tyres, battery issues, running out of fuel, or locking keys in the car, including roadside repairs, towing to the nearest authorised dealer if the vehicle can’t be fixed on the spot, and additional benefits such as taxi transport, accommodation, or rental cars in certain situations; however, coverage is subject to limits and conditions, may involve costs for non-covered items (e.g. fuel, tyres, or special recovery), excludes accidents, misuse, illegal activity, or non-roadworthy situations, and requires the vehicle to be accessible and used appropriately, with final assistance decisions at the provider’s discretion—see the full terms here: Chery Roadside Assistance Policy.

The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official combined fuel consumption in miles per gallon for the Chery Tiggo 9 range is between 31 – 118 mpg and CO₂ emission figures of 44g/km. Official consumption (combined) for the Chery Tiggo 9 Hybrid range is 2.3 miles/kWh. Values are provided for comparison only, to the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges and do not relate to an individual car or constitute part of the offer.
