Each of our Service Centres have dedicated Aftercare teams that are on hand to provide you with expert, honest advice

You'll be provided with regular updates of your vehicle's status whilst it is with us so you that know exactly when the work is completed.

What's more, no work will take place without your prior approval, meaning you are in complete control at all times.

We aim to make your experience as simple and convenient as possible when you visit us at Evans Halshaw, which is why we offer a range of facilities and services that extend beyond aftercare for your vehicle.

What Our Aftercare Team Can Offer

While You Wait Appointments

Should you find it difficult to be without your car for a period of time, why not book one of our 'While you wait' appointments? We aim to get you and your car back on the road again within an hour.

Collection and Delivery

If it suits you more, we can arrange to collect your vehicle from your chosen address and return back to you once the service is complete. You won't even need to leave the house.

Courtesy Car

We also offer the option of loaning one of our courtesy cars keeping you on the move whilst your service takes place. Simply book at the time of arranging your service.

Customer Drop Off

Why not take advantage of our complimentary drop off service? Once you have your car signed in for its service we can drop you off either back home or to your place of work for no additional fee.

Free Wi-Fi

Relax in our customer waiting area, enjoy refreshments and catch up on your emails with use of our complimentary WIFI.

Wash and Vac

When possible, we will always aim to offer a courtesy wash and vac as part of our service to you. We also ensure each vehicle has been fully sterilised throughout.

Terms & Conditions

While you wait appointments may be limited. Collection and Delivery within a 10 mile radius unless stated otherwise. Courtesy cars are charged at an additional £10 fee and is payable at the time of service. When required, customers using a courtesy vehicle will be asked to provide a copy of their driving license and insurance details. Any charges for courtesy vehicles or insurance requirements will be made clear to you at the time of booking. Customer drop offs are one way only. Wash & Vac will be carried out where reasonably practical.
