Renault is introducing a series of revisions to its Arkana range, with an enhanced line-up plus a new E-Tech engineered trim level that is also available on both Clio and Captur hybrid models.

The Renault Arkana is now available in a range consisting of Evolution, Techno, R.S. Line and E-Tech versions, each with their own character.

Evolution replaces the previous Iconic model and comes with full LED headlights, dark grey skid plates, and tinted rear windows and tailgate.

Standard equipment includes a 7-inch colour TFT driver display, a similarly sized Easy Link touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic headlights and wipers, automatic air conditioning, electronic parking brake, rear parking sensors and a rearview camera.

An array of safety and driver aids includes Renault’s Active Emergency Braking System, traffic sign recognition, lane departure warning with lane keep assist, hill start assist, and cruise control with speed limiter.

The mid-range Techno grade builds on the previous S Edition and comes with a continued focus on technology thanks to its wireless smartphone charger, 10-inch TFT driver display, 9.3-inch touchscreen with navigation, Google search and traffic information.

The hybrid SUV’s coupe-like lines are highlighted by exterior chrome enhancements, 18-inch alloy wheels, extra-tinted rear windows and tailgate, and grey-coloured skid plates.

The R.S. Line has a special front bumper with F1 blade and honeycomb grille, gun metal skid plates, chromed exhaust tailpipes, and R.S. Line badging. The interior, meanwhile, gains R.S. Line sport leather and suede upholstery with red stitching, carbon-style dashboard, aluminium pedals, black roof lining, a heated perforated leather steering wheel, heated electrically-adjustable front seats, frameless rearview mirror, and hands-free parking.

The Arkana range now also features a new E-Tech engineered model which comes with gold highlights on the wheels, an E-Tech engineered front bumper with gold detailing, and E-Tech engineered front and rear skid plates.

The interior, meanwhile, builds on the specification of the Techno with features such as an E-Tech engineered heated leather steering wheel, electrically adjustable and heated front seats in E-Tech engineered leather and suede upholstery with black and gold stitching, black headlining, carbon-style dashboard, aluminium pedals, a frameless rearview mirror, hands-free parking, and adaptive cruise control.

The E-Tech engineered specification is also being introduced on the latest Captur and Clio models and replaces the R.S. Line trim for the hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains.

The new Arkana range is priced from £26,695 and runs to £32,695 while the Clio and Captur E-Tech engineered models are priced from £23,795 and £28,395 respectively.

Prices correct as of 19/07/22 and are subject to change.
