Insurance will be covered by AX Manage and are subject to acceptance of up to £500 excess in an event of any claims, the driver must hold a valid full UK or EEA driving license and have done so for at least 12 months. The driver will be requested to present proof of ID and a recent utility bill. The driver must be aged 21 or over and subject to the following limitations: Vehicle value for extended test-drive capped at £100,000. Driver must have not been involved in any motoring offence involving alcohol, drugs, careless, dangerous or reckless driving or taken a vehicle without consent in the last 3 years, has not been disqualified from driving during the last 3 years, must not have been involved in more than 2 at fault accidents or claims in the last 3 years, must not have been convicted of any Road Traffic Offense or series of offenses where the penalty point accumulation is 8 points or more in the last 3 years, must not have been convicted in the last 3 years of any criminal offense relating to fraud, robbery, theft or handling stolen goods including any prosecution pending. No additional drivers will be permitted to drive the vehicle, UK driving license only, professional and other eligibility criteria may apply.
These general terms and conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to any specific terms which may be mentioned at point of interaction, in any promotion of, or messages about the competition on any platform (“interaction information”). If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions then you should not take part in the event.
