Practicality and Running Costs

There's plenty to admire about the Q5's interior design and boot. Tall adults won't have an issue getting comfortable in the rear because of the amount of head and legroom available. In addition, there are a host of useful cubby holes and storage compartments, which just make life easier.

Courtesy of the rear seats that can slide forwards or back, there's between 550 and 610 litres of boot space available. It's worth noting that going for a hybrid model will see this reduce to 450 litres of space to accommodate the batteries. Fold the rear seats down and you'll have up to 1,550 litres of space at your disposal.

Interior, Technology and Safety

Typical of Audi, the Q5's cabin boasts an elegant design that's complemented by an upmarket selection of materials. The tablet-esque infotainment display, which sits at the top of the dash, may not be to everyone's taste, but the vibrant display and easy-to-navigate menus make up for this.
