Yes - Simply call the dealership and ask them to rearrange for a time that's convenient.
How long does a service take?
They vary by manufacturer and model, but as an average an Interim service takes 30 minutes and a main service takes an Hour and 30 minutes (this does not include cambelts).
What does a car service include?

What is checked as part of a service depends on which service is being completed and can vary depending on make and model.

Generally a Value Service consists of the following:

  • An oil and filter change,
  • A check with diagnostics for faults recorded
  • A complete Visual Health Check 
  • A road test

An Approved Service or Manufacturer Service (depending on mileage) typically includes the following:

  • An oil and filter change
  • Pollen filter change
  • Spark plugs (if applicable)
  • Air filter change
  • Fuel filter change
  • Brakes and other environmental checks
  • A check with diagnostics for faults recorded
  • A road test
Will my vehicle's air bag need replacing at some point?

No - airbags no longer need replacing on modern vehicles.

When they first came out it was recommended that they were replaced after 10-15 years, but this has now changed because they are so reliable. Airbags now last the lifetime of the vehicle as long as they have not been deployed.

Can I have courtesy car while my car is being repaired?
If a courtesy car is available then this would be offered for a small daily fee. If we have run out of courtesy cars then we can also offer a lift home and collection service.
