Boot space comes in at 500 litres which isn't the best in class but should see plenty of space for two people's luggage, it may become a struggle to get a full families worth of luggage in though.

The interior of the BMW iX feels capacious and airy. The instrument cluster is a 12.3-inch fully-digital affair, which flows alongside the infotainment screen with again is fully-digital measuring 14.9 inches. It's certainly a set-up which dominates the dashboard and has an operating system full of useful tech such as smartphone connectivity, along with lots of customisation options.
This pairing is a real showcase of the iX's digital vibe, complemented by fine refinement in the materials chosen, which give the iX a superior luxurious feel.
As for safety, the iX gained a full five-star Euro NCAP rating and features many driver assistance aids, which include things like adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring and autonomous emergency braking.
