Take a test drive in an All-New Renault Kadjar at your local Evans Halshaw dealership (available at participating dealers only) between 1 October and 31 December 2015 to be entered into a draw to win the 2016 Specialized Hardrock Disc 650b on display in the showroom. Restricted to 1 entry per person, per household. Entrants can enter at one dealership only. The prize is not negotiable or transferable and no cash alternative or exchange will be provided. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter
reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK. Entrants must be 18 years and hold a full, clean driving licence. Terms and conditions of test drive as set out by the participating dealer. Promotion excludes employees of Renault UK Ltd its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw. The winner will be notified by their local dealer by telephone and/or by email (using the details provided at time of entry) within 21 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner. No further compensation will be provided to the previous winner. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and accept the terms and conditions of test drive set by the participating dealer. There is no purchase necessary.  Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation):
1) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
2) any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and
3) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The promoter and data controller is Renault UK Ltd (Registered office: The Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire WD3 9YS) and the promotion will be operated by Renault UK Ltd or its agents. The Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the closing date of the competition requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion.
