Detailed checks

Each Nissan Cared4 vehicle has been checked by an independent company to make sure it hasn't been stolen, written off nor has any outstanding finance against it. The check will also make sure the VIN (vehicle identification number) relates to the one on the DVLA records, and also make sure the mileage is accurate and does not show any discrepancies. Once this process is complete, each car will then go through a rigorous multi-point check by a qualified Nissan technician.  When it has cleared every check, it's at this point when it can be called a Cared4 vehicle.

Minimum 12 months' warranty

All Nissan Cared4 cars are under 7 years old, have covered less than 75,000 miles and have been through all the above checks. However, to offer even more security and assurances to our customers, a minimum 12 months' warranty is issued on every Cared4 vehicle with an option to extend by a further 12 or 24 months. All the customer is required to do is ensure the car remains serviced according to manufacturer guidelines. If that wasn't enough, this benefit also includes MOT Care. This means in the very event of the car failing its next MOT, the cost of repairing, replacing or adjusting specific defective parts will be covered.

Exchange promise

This is our commitment to you. In the very rare case of your car developing a fault within 30 days or 1,000 miles of purchase, and it cannot be repaired, we will replace the vehicle with another one of at least equal value. We don't think you will have to use this benefit, however it's nice to know it's there just in case.
