The new Peugeot Rifter MPV is now available to order from your local Peugeot dealership.

Straying away from a traditional design, the all-new Rifter which will replace the Peugeot Tepee, has been produced with a dynamic design in mind, to bring versatility and style to the leisure activity vehicle (LAV) segment.

Set to make its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show this month, the all-new MPV will build on the Tepee's well-established and most successful functions and features. The exterior styling is more modern than that of the Tepee's, with high levels of practicality still intact due to the strong SUV styling that the all-new vehicle has been designed around. Flaunting a dynamic profile with a short, horizontal bonnet, and seamlessly integrated roof bars, the Rifter is fully reinventing Peugeot's presence in this market segment, by combining style, dynamism and practicality.

Boasting convenient features such as two sliding side doors and an opening rear tailgate window, the Rifter is a great option for those looking for a practical car to suit various motoring needs. The Rifter is also available in two lengths (standard and long), so depending on your individual motoring requirements, you can opt for the size that suits you.

Interior Design and Luggage Space

The Rifter boasts a modern, high-tech interior which puts it ahead of others in its class and offers an engaging and comfortable ride for occupants. The robust vehicle is available with a choice of 5 or 7 seats and has a boot space capacity of 775, which increases to 3,500 litres when the rear-folding seats are utilised.

In addition to the spacious exterior, an array of intelligent storage spaces can be found within this innovative leisure activity vehicle, providing plenty of internal space. Not only is the Rifter spacious, the easy accessibility makes loading the vehicle an efficient and hassle-free experience.

Safety and Technology

In the cabin, drivers will have access to the Peugeot i-Cockpit®, which allows for a more agile and intuitive driving experience by offering a compact steering wheel, head-up display and large 8’’ colour touchscreen allowing access to relevant driving data and other useful information. Also available with Advanced Grip Control® which is designed to enhance traction in low-grip conditions, the Rifter will provide improved traction through a choice of five driving modes (Standard, Snow, Mud, Sand & ESP Off).

Innovative technology such as adaptive cruise control, active lane departure warning system, blind spot monitoring system are offered as standard as well as the option of “Visiopark 180°” colour reversing camera. All elements of the Rifter combine to allow genuine driving pleasure for motorists.

Engine and Transmission Options

A choice between Peugeot's innovative BlueHDi diesel and award-winning PureTech petrol engines, is available for those looking to purchase the all-new Rifter. The PureTech engines will be available with either 108bhp or 128bhp, whilst the diesel engines will produce 74bhp or 128bhp, depending on which variant is selected.

Peugeot's brand-new automatic 8-speed EAT8 gearbox is available dependent on which engine variant is opted for, allowing the Rifter to deliver stand-out performance and increased fuel efficiency. Alternatively, a manual 5-gear transmission is available in models which are not powered by the all-new automatic gearbox - leaving motorists will an ample amount of choice to choose a performance that suits their needs.
