WHATCAR? USED CAR AWARDS

Hyundai i10: Best used city car

The current generation Hyundai i10, a compact and classic city car which boasts impeccable style and has been engineered to provide a comfortable and lively driving experience has been named as the 'Best Used City Car', in the 1-3 years old category by What Car? in their Used Car Awards. A combination of compact dimensions and clever use of space within the cabin of the i10, amongst other aspects, is what lead the small hatchback to a triumph.

The second generation i10 has not just been praised by judges from the What Car? Used Car Awards, but by motorists and the media as well. The small but spacious hatchback has impressed with an ample range of efficient petrol engines and quiet cruising manors, and although it boasts a small engine and a good fuel economy, the i10 can also handle motorway driving.

In addition to the current generation's success, the previous generation Hyundai i10 has also been awarded with an accolade for the same award, but in the 7-10-year-old category. The current generation i10 may boast a few internal and external changes to its predecessor, but there is one thing that the vehicles have in common; victory. Despite strong competition in this category, both generations of the i10 have proved themselves to be great city cars and offer substantial value for money.
