Ford like to make a habit of outdoing themselves every year with the new models they release, it all has something to do with the slogan: 'Go Further'.

Last year's active range has certainly proven popular among families looking for a rugged car that will get them to the countryside and back without trouble. On the other side of the scale we had the Fiesta ST, which has, again, set the bar for hot hatchbacks to strive for.

Take a look at the Ford models coming to your local Evans Halshaw dealership throughout 2019 below, we're confident you'll be impressed.

All-New Focus ST

Now available!

The All-New Focus ST has brought an updated choice of engines and technology to the table in a bid to retake the hot hatch crown. Under the bonnet is the latest 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine that has been borrowed from the Mustang; it also produces a very healthy 280bhp. A punchy, yet efficient 2.0-litre turbo-diesel is also available for those who do more mileage.

The most interesting addition to the ST is the eLSD that will come as standard on the petrol (the diesel gets torque vectoring tech), the eLSD utilises a series of electronics and sensors to optimise grip and power delivery. Ford say the eLSD can redistribute up to 100 per cent of available torque to whichever driven wheel has the most traction.

The changes to the exterior of the car are subtle, which will suit a lot of drivers. However, there is a range of outlandish colours to choose from; Ford Performance Blue, Orange Fury, Frozen White and Race Red all help enhance the drama of the new Focus ST.

Limited Edition Fiesta ST Performance

Coming: June 2019

Ford have gone a little bit mental and decided to enhance the already brilliant Fiesta ST. The most striking changes are the deep orange paintwork and the addition of 18" inch lightweight wheels that reduce unsprung weight.

The juicy bits lie underneath the extravagant body shell though, because owners will find manually adjustable coilover suspension, with powder-coated blue springs and stainless steel damper housings. The new set-up lowers the car by 15mm at the front and 10mm at the rear, while there is 12 bump and 16 rebound settings to choose from - this is racing car tech on a road going hatchback!

On top of all this, you get all the equipment you would on a normal ST-3; LED headlights and a B&O stereo. Owners will also benefit from the ST Performance Pack, which provides a Quaife limited-slip differential and launch control. Make no mistake, this car will fly!
