Ford Focus Titanium X 2015 Review

The exterior of the Titanium X features 17inch 15-spoke alloy wheels, front fog lights, front and rear parking sensors electric, power folding door mirrors and a body coloured rear spoiler. LED daytime running lights, a chrome front grille and adaptive bi-xenon front headlights complete the premium look.

A recommended optional extra for the Titanium X is the appearance pack, which adds 18inch alloy wheels and privacy glass in the rear - as seen in the video.

Safety and security features include electronic stability control, traction control, emergency brake assist, hill start assist and a Thatcham category 1 alarm. The Titanium X model also features Active City Stop, which can prevent collisions in slow moving traffic up to 30mph by automatically applying the brakes. The Titanium X Focus also has a rather special party trick up its sleeve, because it features Ford's enhanced Active Park assist, which means it can both reverse and parallel park itself without any steering input from the driver.

Ford MyKey is also included, a feature which allows owners to program individual keys with restricted driving modes, such as a maximum speed limit and a cap on how high the stereo volume can be turned up. This feature is great if you occasionally let your son or daughter drive around in your car.

Inside the Focus Titanium X, you'll find an array of features that make driving easier and more comfortable. Dual-zone automatic climate control is standard, as is Ford SYNC2 Bluetooth and Voice Control, which allows you to make a phone call or play a music track completely hands free. You also get an 8 inch Colour Touchscreen interface, which allows for easy control of the audio, telephone and climate control functions, and the screen also incorporates a rear-view camera. Ford's trademark Quickclear heated front windscreen will get you moving quickly on frosty mornings.

Automatic rain sensing wipers and automatic headlights are also standard, as is cruise control, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror and Ford Power start button. A centre console with integral armrest, part-leather heated front seats, ambient interior LED lighting and a leather-trimmed 3-spoke steering wheel complete the premium look and feel. The driver's seat is also electrically adjustable, and there's height and lumbar adjustment on both the driver and passenger seats.
