Citroën Leeds are Proud to Support Martin House

02nd Jun 2017

Evans Halshaw Citroën Leeds are pleased to announce their continued support of Martin House children's Hospice Care for Children and Young People.

The children's hospice celebrates its 30th Anniversary by launching a special edition to their annual Car Raffle, with Evans Halshaw Citroën Leeds donating the top prize. The raffle - now in its seventh year - is aiming to raise a total of £260,000 for the hospice and we are thrilled to continue our support.

This year we teamed up with leading confectionery brand HARIBO, to donate a brand-new Citroën C1 as the top prize. The new Jelly Red Citroën C1 will come with 3 years' warranty and is zero-rated on road tax, making it the perfect prize for a worthy winner. Chic, stylish and perfect for city living, the Citroën C1 comes packed with great technology features and compact stylings.

At the raffle launch, Martin House were joined by Yorkshire Cricket stars Jonny Bairstow and Jack Brooks, and Evans Halshaw Citroen Leeds Dealer Principal, Peter Dean and Julie Beaman of HARIBO, to kickstart the proceedings, Evans Halshaw are excited to be supporting the raffle once again.

"We're thrilled with the continued success of the car raffle, and hope we hit the £260,00 target. Martin House is such a worthy cause, and we are happy to support the raffle again this year so that the money raised goes to the children and young people who need it."

Each year Martin House support over 420 children, young people and their families across North, West and East Yorkshire, providing family-led care for those with life-limiting conditions. With the longstanding support from Evans Halshaw Citroën Leeds, almost all the funds raised through ticket sales will go towards supporting Martin House families.

"We are delighted to have the support once again of HARIBO and Evans Halshaw Citroën Leeds, whose generous sponsorship has ensured the car raffle's success for the past seven years. We're hoping our anniversary raffle will be the most successful yet."
