In the unlikely event that you remain unsatisfied with the solution offered to you by the Team Member you have been dealing with, you can refer your matter to our dedicated Customer Care Team at Evans Halshaw Head Office.

Please complete the Customer Concerns Form, and a member of the team will investigate your concern and respond within 24 hours.

Prior to sending us your concern and to help us deal with your query efficiently please ensure you have followed Step 1 in the first instance.

Please provide as much information as possible, including the brand and location that your concern relates to.
